T H E  E M P O W E R  H O U R 

Introducing a brand new service from me - The Empower Hour. This is your opportunity to have an hour of focussed, dedicated time to talk, plan and prepare for the birth of your baby with me, a qualified hypnobirthing teacher. The session will be via video or audio call and totally tailored to you and your unique situation.

I've had so many people message since the Coronavirus outbreak asking for reassurance, guidance and support now that many antenatal courses have been cancelled or postponed.  I really want to make decent birth preparation accessible to all, so 'The Empower Hour' is great way to chat through your feelings, concerns, options, birth preferences and take back control of your birth. .

I'd love to be able to personally support you for free but, like so many other small business owners, I am feeling the pinch during these uncertain times, so I've priced this service at just £35. My promise to you is that you will finish our session feeling empowered, informed, supported and looking forward to birth. Money and time well spent.

Once booked, I will send you a questionnaire to get a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve from our hour long session so that I can focus the content during our time together. Whether that's help writing your birth preferences, learning relaxation techniques, discussing place of birth options, understanding your birth rights, releasing fears or simply building on some of the knowledge you may have learnt from previous antenatal courses; its up to you. This is YOUR time to prepare for the birth YOU want.

If you decide after our hour together that you want to take a full hypnobirthing course with me, the price you pay will be redeemable against the cost any of my other courses too! But my hope is that this one off session will give you what you need to go forward with your pregnancy feeling cool, calm, connected and EMPOWERED
